Dynamic Gaming Solutions is looking for a superstar Licensing and Marketing Assistant!  This is a multi-faceted role and a vital part of the operations at DGS. This position requires someone who possesses excellent attention to detail, a strong code of ethics, and demonstrates a desire to learn and be adaptable. • Reviews employee and vendor license applications to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.

• Researches applicant backgrounds through, but not limited to, metro and state courts, MVD driving records, and credit reports

• Processes requests for sensitive information in a timely manner, including local, state, and federal court records; driving records; credit reports; and other information required for the issuance of gaming licenses.

• Maintains an extensive filing system of confidential information.

• Creates and maintains multiple spreadsheets to track employee licensing statuses, as well as a multitude of other employee information.

• Completes license verifications forms as requested by other agencies.

• Processes all badge changes; titles, transfers, vendors, etc.

• Assists with all marketing events; some which take place outside of typical office hours

• Assists with company birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations

• Assists with social media

• Assists in covering receptionist duties.

• Runs errands as assigned.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Two years of office experience or education equivalent in office practices.

• Must pass background check for position.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and authorize DGS to obtain their motor vehicle record

• Must possess an extremely high level of ethics and discretion while keeping private information confidential

Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, a review of your background investigation, and, if applicable, the approval of any necessary tribal gaming license granted by their respective gaming commission.
