Online Parts Sales/Marketing Coordinator

The online parts sales / Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing our B2B parts sales website hosted on the Wix platform. This is a unique role that combines website management, customer service, warehouse operations, and marketing support. As a one-person show, you'll handle everything from updating the website and processing orders to locating parts in the warehouse and assisting with social media and advertising functions. This position will also assist in the marketing, website upkeep, advertising, social media, and event planning for the company.
Essential Functions (inclusive of, but not limited to)

Update and maintain the company website using Wix.

Add new products, including taking and uploading high-quality photos of available parts.

Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate and up-to-date.

Monitor and manage incoming orders and inquiries through the website.

Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.

Generate purchase orders (POs) and handle all related paperwork.

Locate and retrieve parts from the warehouse for order fulfillment.

Coordinate with shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain an organized inventory system and report any discrepancies.

Keep detailed records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Assist in developing processes to improve operational efficiency.

Assist in marketing campaigns to promote products and increase website traffic.

Assist in creating content and posting to social media as well as small paid ad spaces.

Assist in researching, sourcing, creating, and ordering any marketing materials, promo items, and gifts.

Assist in all stages of company tradeshows, and events.
Qualifications

Experience with website management platforms, specifically Wix.

Basic photography skills for capturing product images and content.

Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.

Proficiency in Google applications and basic administrative software.

Experience with social media platforms and a basic understanding of marketing principles.

Willingness and ability to wear multiple hats and learn new things.

Must pass background check.

Comfortable spending extended periods at a computer for website and marketing tasks.
