Job Description:

Dynamic Gaming Solutions is looking to add another motivated and energetic face to our growing team of Sales Representatives! Candidates interested in Sales have a unique opportunity at Dynamic Gaming Solutions, the fastest-growing 3rd party slot machine distributor in the industry. Working with more than 15 different manufacturers, DGS offers a wide variety of products to its clients while upholding an unmatched level of service. Dynamic Gaming Solutions has a rapidly expanding footprint, serving extensive casinos throughout Oklahoma, Minnesota, California, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, and Wisconsin. This role has the opportunity to add additional states to that list!

Experience in the industry is a plus but not required. DGS puts more emphasis on drive, ambition, loyalty, and character than previous experience. ******This is a traveling sales position. The Training period (3-6 months on average) will require heavy travel, and up to one month at a time in OKC. Travel after training will be within the respective territory, and averages 2-3 nights away from home per week.*******


  • A High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Sales experience a plus

  • Must be at least 21 years old to access the casino floors

  • DGS will provide a Company Vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Must be willing to travel within your territory during the week. An average of 10-12 nights per month are spent away from home. 

  • Out-of-state travel is required for at least three separate conventions per year, as well as training.  Conventions typically have a duration of 1 week.

  • DGS operates in a highly-regulated industry. The candidate must pass an extensive background check  to obtain the necessary licensing.

  • The 3-6 month (on average) training period will be HEAVY in travel and you may be in Oklahoma City for up to 1 month at a time. 

  • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and be expected to work at least five days/nights per week and some weekend hours.


Job Responsibilities:

Relationships are a core value at Dynamic Gaming Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you have the opportunity to serve as one of the day-to-day, face-to-face resources who bridge the gap between our clients and gaming manufacturers. Job duties include:


  • Fostering new business relationships

  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients

  • Continuously working closely with clients to identify opportunities to enhance their casino floor

  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with clients and DGS Operations Team to coordinate projects

  • Continuous learning of new manufacturers and products distributed by DGS

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the company's business needs.

Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, a review of your background investigation, and, if applicable, the approval of any necessary tribal gaming license granted by their respective gaming commission.

Pay: Up to $90,000 per year starting
