Dynamic Gaming Solutions is looking to add another motivated and energetic face to our growing team of Account Executives! Candidates interested in Sales have a unique opportunity at Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC, the fastest-growing 3rd party slot machine distributor in the industry. Working with more than 15 different manufacturers, DGS offers a wide variety of products to its clients while upholding an unmatched level of service. Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC,  has a rapidly expanding footprint, currently licensed for slot machine distribution with 17 states.

******This is a traveling sales position. The Training period (3-6 months on average) will require heavy travel, and up to one month at a time in OKC or a nearby market. Travel after training will be within the respective territory, however still averages 2-3 nights away from home per "in-town" week, and 1-2 full weeks away from home per month as it is covering a large area.*******

Qualifications:
 

  • A High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be at least 21 years old to access the casino floors

  • DGS will provide a Company Vehicle after successful completion of the training period. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Must be willing and able to travel both by air and ground. 

  • Travel is required for at least three separate conventions per year, as well as training.  Conventions typically have a duration of 1 week.

  • DGS operates in a highly-regulated industry. The candidate must pass an extensive background check  to obtain the necessary licensing.

  • The 3-6 month (on average) training period will be HEAVY in travel and you may be in Oklahoma City or a nearby territory for up to 1 month at a time. 

  • Candidates must be willing to work a 50+ hour work week including nights and weekends.

 

Job Responsibilities:

The Account Executive will serve as one of the day-to-day, face-to-face resources who bridge the gap between our clients, potential clients, and gaming machine manufacturers. The Account Executive will demonstrate success in converting prospects into clients, servicing accounts with an unmatched level of service, and hitting or exceeding sales goals.

Essential Functions: (inclusive of, but not limited to)

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for 4+ hours

  • Ability to travel; including long drives and 2-3 industry trade shows a year

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and DGS Operations team to coordinate projects

  • Ability to continuously learn and apply new information on manufacturers products distributed by DGS

  • Must attend and participate in a tribal (non-Casino related) function per quarter

  • Must attend one pow-wow annually

  • Must take clients out to a dinner or happy hour (or any other after-hours activity) on a weekly basis (averaged throughout a year). This is to also include 1 weekend night a month.

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the company's business needs.
 

Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, a review of your background investigation, and, if applicable, the approval of any necessary tribal gaming license granted by their respective gaming commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Locations: Based in Phoenix, AZ. Covering portions of AZ, CA, and NM. 
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year starting pay including commissions.
