SOFTWARE COMPLIANCE

Job Description:


The Compliance department is responsible for maintaining the regulatory compliance status of Dynamic
Gaming Solutions in all relevant jurisdictions. This position is responsible for assisting in the testing, receiving,
shipping, and oversight of all gaming related software, coordination of project timelines associated with
compliance of tribal, local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to software licensing and
approvals.


Essential Functions of the Position: 


- Assists in all compliance needs for the company including all communication with vendors, local, state, and
  federal entities, and tribal entities, along with compliance team.
- May act as the main contact for certain compliance related inquiries and needs, coordinating information
  between internal teams, clients, vendors, and regulators, or take direction from supervisor on
  communications.
- Analyzes new and returned software for compatibility, status, and verifies locality compliance.
- Coordinates deliveries and shipments of software to optimize operations.
- Communicates effectively through email, email, text messaging, and verbally with other employees, clients,
  and vendors to meet business goals and address compliance issues.
- Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Procuring appropriate software and associated programs to meet the needs of the organization.
- Track and manage regulatory product changes with clients and vendors.
- Monitors and analyzes data to ensure compliance with upcoming regulatory changes.
- Ensures that the database and all product certification files remain current and organized.
- Manage the archiving of compliance records.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Ability to read, analyze, interpret and respond effectively to different entities to ensure compliance related
  needs are met.

- Ability to accurately prepare reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.


Supervisory Responsibilities:


No direct supervisory responsibilities.


Physical Demands:


- Required to walk, sit and stand for periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and move intermittently throughout the day.


Work Environment:


- Indoor/Outdoor; exposure to external environmental conditions possible.
- Noise level can be minimal to intense.


Minimum Qualifications:


- Understanding of compliance rules and regulations or a willingness and ability to learn, retain, and execute
  within 60 days of hire.
- Minimum of 3 years in a compliance role in the gaming industry preferred.
- Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work through various forms of communication in order to meet business needs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
