Licensing and Front Desk Coordinator

The Licensing Department is responsible for maintaining the regulatory licensing status of Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC across all applicable jurisdictions. The Licensing and Front Desk Coordinator supports this function by assisting with research on tribal and gaming licenses, preparing and submitting new and renewal applications, and tracking and updating licensing information. In addition, this role helps coordinate employee events and parties, manage websites, and support sales team promotions.
Essential Functions (inclusive of, but not limited to)

Research and interpret tribal and gaming licensing requirements in applicable jurisdictions.

Prepare, submit, and track new and renewal license applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain current and organized records of licenses, expirations, and compliance documentation.

Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies, tribal authorities, and internal stakeholders regarding licensing matters.

Assist with licensing audits, compliance reviews, and related reporting requirements.

Coordinate employee events, parties, and company functions, including logistics and vendor management.

Support marketing initiatives by assisting with website updates, promotional materials, and sales team campaigns.

Organize and support company participation in trade shows, conferences, and other external events.

Manage vendor relationships related to marketing, events, and promotional activities.

Prepare reports, maintain departmental databases, and ensure accurate tracking of projects and deadlines.

Provide administrative support to both the Licensing and Marketing teams as assigned.

Perform other duties as required to support the overall operations of the company.
Qualifications
Experience in tribal law, compliance, project management, and or analytics preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a background(s) check.

Physical Demands
Required to walk, stand, and sit for periods of time.
Ability to sit or stand at a desk for the duration of the work hours.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and move intermittently throughout the day when necessary.
