Job description
The Warehouse and Inventory Technician works to coordinate the logistics of stocking, sourcing, supplying, and ordering a variety of stock parts and equipment to maintain Electronic Gaming Machines / Systems, the operations of the Field Slot and Bench Slot Technicians and overall operations at Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC. Works with a variety of suppliers for the procurement of parts and equipment. Tracks and inspects incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and compliance with contracts as needed. Reviews asset lists to ensure warranty issues are covered appropriately and in a timely fashion. Current and valid driver’s license is required to be maintained for duration of employment. Maintains a professional and positive attitude at all times. Protect DGS assets by following company policies and procedures, federal, state, local, and tribal regulatory compliance and guidelines, and Internal Control Policies. Any violation of company policies, including but not limited to violence, threats of violence, harassment or theft will result in immediate termination.
Essential Functions of the Position
Uses inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
Manages deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
Communicates effectively through email, eMaint, text messaging, and verbally with other employees and vendors to meet business goals and address inventory issues.
Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
Procuring parts and equipment for the daily operations and work orders.
Monitor ROP (Replenish Order Points) to keep material in stock to avoid delays.
Order parts for bench team needed to repair material.
Monitor tech orders for cabinets down and cosmetic issues at casinos.
Perform weekly cycle counts to avoid discrepancies.
Issue material to work orders for tracking purposes.
Verify quantity, quality, and part number on inbound PO’s from suppliers.
Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and issues to upper management.
May assist in training of new inventory employees.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional duties as assigned by the company.

Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands
Required to walk, sit, stand and drive for periods of time.
Ability to push and move electronic gaming machines.
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and move intermittently throughout the day.
Work Environment
Indoor/Outdoor; exposure to external environmental conditions possible.
Noise level can be minimal to intense.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience combined).
Minimum of 3 years of Inventory control experience preferred.
Basic understanding of inventory control processes and utilizing inventory control software.
Ability to work through various forms of communication in order to meet business needs.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable throughout employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
